The CEN Racing CKD0490 KAOS Daytona Blue Bumper Set is a front-and-rear colored bumper set for the CEN Ford F-250 and F-450. CEN lists CKD0490 in its KAOS DL-Series / F-450 upgrade catalog as a front/rear bumper set in Daytona Blue.

PACKAGE CONFIGURATION

AMain Hobbies and HobbyTown list the package as containing one front bumper and one rear bumper in Daytona Blue. Vortex Hobbies likewise describes CKD0490 as a front-and-rear set. GASHEAD RC treats that front/rear piece count as dealer-corroborated package information.

F250 / F450 FITMENT

CEN lists CKD0490 for F250 or F450. Multiple established CEN dealers add an important F450-specific note: the colored bumper set does not include the required F450 mounting bracket / bumper hardware arrangement, and they reference CD0450 as the additional F450 bumper kit/component needed for proper fitment. Because CEN’s collection listing does not spell out that hardware requirement in equivalent detail, GASHEAD RC identifies it as dealer-listed fitment information.

FUNCTION & USE

The bumper set replaces the corresponding front and rear bumper pieces with Daytona Blue components, allowing the truck’s exterior color treatment to be changed while retaining the intended bumper locations. No quantified increase in impact protection, rigidity, strength or durability is claimed because CEN does not publish comparative performance data for CKD0490.

INSTALLATION NOTES

• Confirm the vehicle is a CEN F-250 or F-450 before installation.
• For F-450 installation, verify the required mounting bracket / bumper hardware configuration before removing the existing bumper.
• Inspect bumper mounts and chassis attachment points for damage or distortion before assembly.
• Start all fasteners by hand and align the bumper before final tightening.
• Check tire and steering clearance at full lock after the front bumper is installed.
• Recheck mounting hardware after the first driving sessions and after front- or rear-end impacts.

MATERIAL & MANUFACTURER DATA NOT PUBLISHED

CEN’s current public CKD0490 catalog listing does not publish bumper material, resin or metal type, individual dimensions, total set weight, finish process, fastener sizes, recommended torque or quantified impact rating. Those values are intentionally not estimated or invented.

Product designation, Daytona Blue color, front/rear configuration, F250/F450 fitment and current catalog positioning were checked against CEN Racing. Package piece count and the F450 mounting-hardware requirement are corroborated by established CEN dealers and identified separately where used.
